Thesis Defense Application |
1. Thesis Defense Application Form (i.e., Degree Examination Application Form): Log in to INCCU → University System Web Portal → Student Information System → Degree Examination Application System (print and have your Thesis Advisor sign). 2. Language proficiency certificate 3. Transcript (must indicate academic year and subjects for subject examinations) 4. Thesis Originality Verification Report (must be signed by the Thesis Advisor). 5. Thesis for oral defense |
The deadline for submission to the Graduate Institute Office is “three working days prior to the degree examination application deadline specified in the university calendar.” Submit all documents to the Office once complete. Considering subsequent processing times, it is recommended to apply three weeks prior to the oral examination (at the latest, two weeks prior). |

Confirming Oral Exam Schedule |
1. Register your exam time and location with the Graduate Institute Office (Also register if you need to borrow a laptop) 2. Appointment Letters for Exam Committee Members |

After confirming your exam schedule, pick up the appointment letters at the Graduate Institute Office within 3-5 days. |

Oral Examination |

Submit Grades to the Registration Office |
1. Degree Examination Grade Report(Signed and stamped by the Thesis Advisor, Graduate Institute Director, and Graduate Institute Office) 2. Due to official document procedures, students must submit the final, revised thesis along with the signed “Degree Examination Grade Report” to their Thesis Advisor for approval by January 26 or July 26. |
The final day of the semester in which the oral examination occurs (i.e., January 31 or July 31) is the deadline for submission to the Registration Section of the Academic Affairs Office. |

Students must complete thesis submission and graduation procedures within one month of the semester following their oral examination (i.e., March 1 or September 1).
Students who fail to complete these requirements by the deadline and remain within their academic program duration must register. Those who have exceeded their academic program duration will be dismissed. |

Thesis Printing |
1. On the day you submit your thesis revision certificate, you may collect the “Thesis Cover” (containing signatures from the thesis committee, Thesis Advisor, and Graduate Institute Director) from the Graduate Institute Office. 2. Order: Signed Cover → Authorization Form 3. Total of four copies: University*2 (hardcover or softcover acceptable), Graduate Institute*2 (softcover). |
