1. Credits
(1) Minimum Graduation Credits: 32 credits
(2) Maximum Credits for First-Year Master's Students: 11 credits in the first semester, 13 credits in the second semester
(3) Credits for Elective Courses from Other Departments or University: Total credits shall not exceed 8 credits

(1) Required Courses
A. Labor Law Research Project
a. Course Period: First and Second Semesters of First-Year Master's Program
b. Credits: 3 credits in the first semester, 3 credits in the second semester
B. Labor Affairs Internship
a. Course Period: Second Semester of First-Year and First Semester of Second-Year Master's Program
b. Credits: 1 credit in the second semester of the first year, 1 credit in the first semester of the second year
c. Remarks
I. Exempt from the course for students admitted as in-service students
II. Choose one topic from five options (Labor Market, Labor Laws, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Social Security); the same topic must be selected for both the second semester of the first year and the first semester of the second year

(2) Elective Courses
A. Students are encouraged to select elective courses from other institutions that align with the Institute's specialization and future research directions. The relevant principles are as follows:
a. Priority Order: First, select courses offered by the Institute; second, select courses from other departments within the university; third, select courses from other institutions if not available within the university
b. Total credits for elective courses from other departments or universities shall not exceed 8 credits
c. Prior approval from the Director is required before enrolling in inter-university courses; if there are objections, students may appeal to the Institute's administrative meeting
B. Students should download the "Application Form for Credit Transfer of Elective Courses from Other Departments" from the Institute's website, complete it, and submit it to the Office for registration
