The 2026 Second International Conference on Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Society (AISS 2026) will be held in Osaka, Japan, from October 23 to October 25, 2026. Special Session 1, “Human-Centered AI Governance, Labour, and Digital Society,” will be chaired by Assistant Professor Fu-Hsuan Chen of the Graduate Institute of Labor Research, National Chengchi University. Faculty members and students of the Institute are welcome to refer to the submission and registration information.
This Special Session focuses on the impacts of artificial intelligence on governance, employment, public services, labor rights, digital inclusion, transparency, accountability, and human-centered design. It aims to provide an interdisciplinary forum for researchers and practitioners to discuss emerging challenges and governance approaches related to AI-enabled digital transformation.
