National Chung Cheng University and IPB University will jointly hold the “Navigating Social Change: Rural Transformation, Labor Empowerment, and Community Resilience Seminar.” The seminar will bring together scholars from both universities to explore how rapid economic shifts and capital expansion affect communities in the Asia-Pacific region. The sessions will focus on policy responses, labor rights, and community-driven solutions to foster resilience and inclusive development.
