1. Scholarship Application
- Please refer to the Institute website for the scholarship application guidelines. The application form should be prepared by the applicant and must include academic performance, academic publications, participation in academic activities, participation in Institute activities and other relevant achievements, as well as an official transcript.
- Eligible applicants: First-year and second-year master’s students. Please submit all required documents to the Institute Office by 12:00 noon on March 16. Late applications will not be accepted.
2. Thesis Title Submission
The thesis title submission for the second semester of Academic Year 2025–2026 is open from now until June 15, 2026.
3. Oral Defense Application and Completion
The application deadline for oral defense for the second semester of Academic Year 2025–2026 is June 2, 2026, and the oral defense must be completed by July 7, 2026.
4. Research Room Application
- Application: February 23–March 9, 2026. The list of approved applicants will be announced by March 10, 2026.
- Usage: March 10, 2026 to July 31, 2026.
- Regulations and application forms: Please refer to the Institute website.
- Students who used research rooms in the first semester of Academic Year 2025–2026 must clear out their rooms and return the keys to the Institute Office by March 9, 2026.
5. Locker Application
- Application: February 23–March 9, 2026. The list of approved applicants will be announced by March 10, 2026.
- Usage: March 10, 2026 to July 31, 2026.
- Application method: Please register at the Institute Office.
- Students who used lockers in the first semester of Academic Year 2025–2026 must clear them out and return the keys to the Institute Office by March 9, 2026.
6. Registration for Research Assistantship Programs
Information regarding registration for research assistantship programs for this semester will be announced after discussion by the faculty members.
