1. Scholarship Application
- Please refer to the Institute website for the scholarship application guidelines. The application form should be prepared by the applicant and must include academic performance, academic publications, participation in academic activities, participation in Institute activities and other relevant achievements, as well as an official transcript.
- Eligible applicants: First-year and second-year master’s students. Please submit all required documents to the Institute Office by 12:00 noon on September 30. Late applications will not be accepted.
2. Thesis Title Submission
The thesis title submission for the first semester of Academic Year 2024–2025 is open from now until December 15, 2024.
3. Oral Defense Application and Completion
The application deadline for oral defense for the first semester of Academic Year 2024–2025 is December 30, 2024, and the oral defense must be completed by January 7, 2025.
4. Research Room Application
- Application: September 9–20, 2024. The list of approved applicants will be announced by September 23, 2024.
- Usage: September 23, 2024 to the end of January 2025.
- Regulations and application forms: Please refer to the Institute website.
- Students who used research rooms in the second semester of Academic Year 2023–2024 must clear out their rooms and return the keys to the Institute Office by September 20, 2024.
5. Locker Application
- Application: September 9–20, 2024. The list of approved applicants will be announced by September 23, 2024.
- Usage: September 23, 2024 to the end of January 2025.
- Application method: Please register at the Institute Office.
- Students who used lockers in the second semester of Academic Year 2023–2024 must clear them out and return the keys to the Institute Office by September 20, 2024.
6. Registration for Research Assistantship Programs
Information regarding registration for research assistantship programs for this semester will be announced after discussion by the faculty members.
