1. Scholarship Application

• Please refer to the Scholarship Regulations for detailed information. Application forms should be prepared by applicants and must include academic performance, academic publications, participation in academic activities, participation in Institute activities and other special contributions, as well as an official transcript.
• Eligible applicants: First-year and second-year master’s students. Please submit all required documents to the Institute Office by 12:00 noon on March 11. Late submissions will not be accepted.

2. Thesis Title Submission

• Thesis titles for the second semester of the 2023–2024 academic year may be submitted from now until June 15, 2024.

3. Oral Examination Application and Completion Deadline

• The application deadline for oral examinations is June 7, 2024. The oral examination must be completed by July 7, 2024.

4. Research Room Application

• Application period: February 19 to March 4, 2024. The list of approved users will be announced by March 5, 2024.
• Usage period: From March 5, 2024 to the end of July 2024.
• Regulations and application forms: Please refer to the “Regulations” and “Downloads” sections on the Institute website.
• Students who used the research rooms in the first semester of the 2023–2024 academic year must vacate the rooms and return the keys to the Institute Office by March 4, 2024.

5. Locker Application

• Application period: February 19 to March 4, 2024. The list of approved users will be announced by March 5, 2024.
• Usage period: From March 5, 2024 to the end of July 2024.
• Application procedure: Please register directly at the Institute Office.
• Students who used lockers in the first semester of the 2023–2024 academic year must empty the lockers and return the keys to the Institute Office by March 4, 2024.

6. Registration for Research Assistantship Programs

• Information regarding registration for research assistantship programs for this semester will be announced after discussion among the faculty of the Institute.
