1. Amount of the Scholarship

• The scholarship provides up to NTD 30,000 per recipient.

2. Eligibility and Quota

• One recipient will be selected each academic year.
• Applicants must be currently enrolled master’s students of the Graduate Institute of Labor Research.

3. Application Requirements

• Applicants must participate in overseas study or exchange programs and submit a project proposal.
• Applicants must have an average academic grade of at least 80 in the previous semester.
• Priority will be given to applicants who meet the above criteria and come from low-income or middle-to-low-income households, financially disadvantaged backgrounds, or single-parent families, with supporting documents provided.

4. Application Deadline

• From now until March 6, 2023.
• Please submit all required documents to the Institute Office.

5. Required Documents

• Scholarship application form (please refer to the attached application guidelines).
• One copy of the previous semester’s academic transcript.
• Proposal for the overseas study or exchange program.
• Supporting documents for low-income, middle-to-low-income, or financially disadvantaged status (if applicable).
• Any additional supporting documents for review (optional).

6. Review Process

• The scholarship will be reviewed by the Scholarship Review Committee established by the Graduate Institute of Labor Research.
• The committee consists of full-time faculty members of the Institute.
• Final decisions will be approved by the Director of the Institute, and recipients will be notified individually. No public announcement will be made.
